The dream of many people is to have a home to call their own. It’s my hope to help you in that process.

I have lived in the Denver Metro area since 1978. I have sold homes from Brighton to Como to Colorado Springs and many areas surrounding the Denver Metro area.

As a real estate agent, I work with first time homebuyers, many who need support from an agent who understands the complexities of navigating the real estate market with its multiple offer scenarios and the learning curve that goes along with being a first time buyer.

I also love to work with military who are often needing assistance in purchasing their first home or selling their home when being reassigned or deployed.

Some of my favorite clients are seniors who are transitioning from the home they have lived in their whole life into a home that requires less physical maintenance. I walk them through what can be an emotional change of lifestyle and that loss.

I also feel blessed to assist those who have suffered loss and need to sell their homes or their family homes.

My purpose is to support my clients in whatever situation or place they are in, or where ever they might go. Big or small, it doesn’t matter to me. A client’s value is not based on a price point, it’s based on them as a person and their needs.

I also work with a land developer who can build a dream home or start a whole community.

I’d love to say I am a one stop shop agent…well working on that, but I do cover a lot in my business and I am always learning and increasing my expertise through courses and industry updates.
